Yes — searching and comparing filmmakers is completely free. There are no booking fees from Filmmakersnearme; you arrange pricing and payment directly with the filmmaker you choose.
Open any profile and click Request Quote. Add your event details, budget range, and message. The filmmaker receives your request by email and replies to you directly.
When you sign up, choose Hunting a filmmaker to save favorites and browse the directory. Filmmakers who list a business get a dashboard to manage their profile and leads. You can still send up to 3 quote requests per day from individual profile pages.
Share your event date, location, type of shoot, budget range, and any must-haves (length, deliverables, style). The more detail you provide, the more accurate the filmmaker's quote will be.

Yes. Sign in and tap the heart icon on any profile to add them to your favorites. Use your shortlist while searching to keep top picks in one place.
Yes. After signing in, you can write or edit a review on a filmmaker's profile to share your experience and help others choose with confidence.
