Account information. When you sign up or sign in, we may collect your email address, account identifiers, and authentication data from email/password registration or Google sign-in (as provided by those services).

Profile and listing data. Depending on how you use the site, we may store your display name, account intent (client or filmmaker), profile settings, and—for filmmakers—business details, service areas, portfolio links, contact preferences, and related listing content you choose to publish.

Search and location. When you search for filmmakers, you may enter a location or use location-related features to find nearby listings. We process location queries to return relevant results. We do not continuously track your physical location unless a feature you use explicitly requests it and you allow it in your browser or device.

Favorites. Signed-in users can save filmmaker listings to favorites. We store which listings you saved and when.

Newsletter. If you subscribe, we collect your email address and subscription status (including unsubscribe preferences).

Technical data. Like most websites, we receive log and device information such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate timestamps. This helps us operate, secure, and improve the service.
