Cancellation and Refund Policy
Effective: June 17, 2020
You can cancel your membership at anytime. Please submit a support ticket in our Help Center.
You will have full access until the end of your current billing cycle, unless a refund is issued. At the end of your billing cycle your membership will be placed in Cancelled Status.
If a refund is issued your membership will be placed in Cancelled Status immediately afterwards.
For all cancellations we will also run a close-out process to check for any unpaid charges (e.g. Unpaid Standard Quota Usage, Unpaid Additional Quota Usage) and process a payment, if applicable.
Once a membership has been fully cancelled you will have limited access to features and functionality.
In addition, videos and collections that have not been added to another active user’s account will become inaccessible.
A refund only applies to a paid membership. You must explicitly request a refund within the refund window. After the refund window ends all purchases are final and all fees paid are non-refundable. Additional quota charges are not eligible for a refund.
If account abuse is identified a refund request may be denied at our discretion.
If your account is terminated by MediaZilla for reasons outlined in our Terms of Service, you will not be refunded, regardless of when the issue occurs. If you have any questions, please submit a support ticket in our Help Center
Annual prepaid: Within thirty (30) days after your initial paid membership starts or your scheduled renewal.
Annual paid monthly: Within five (5) days after your initial paid membership starts or your scheduled renewal.
Unpaid Standard Quota Usage (Annual paid monthly plans only)
To prevent account abuse an early cancellation fee may apply if your quota usage is greater than your allotment on the effective date of cancellation for your current membership cycle.
Allotment: (Annual Plan Quota divided by 12) multiplied by the number of successful payments
Early cancellation fee = (Quota usage minus allotment) multiplied by the plan’s per GB rate.
