You will have full access until the end of your current billing cycle unless a refund is issued. At the end of your billing cycle, your membership will be placed in Cancelled Status.
If a refund is issued, your membership will be placed in Cancelled Status immediately afterwards.
For all cancellations we will also run a close-out process to check for any unpaid charges (e.g. Unpaid Standard Quota Usage, Unpaid Additional Quota Usage) and process a payment, if applicable.
Once a membership has been fully cancelled you will have limited access to features and functionality.

Overview
A refund only applies to a paid membership. You must explicitly request a refund within the refund window. If you have used any quota during the current membership period you are ineligible for a refund.
We do not process partial refunds. After the refund window ends all purchases are final and all fees paid are non-refundable, except as required by law or as otherwise specifically permitted in the Agreement.
Additional quota and account upgrades charges are not eligible for a refund.
If account abuse is identified a refund request may be denied at our discretion.
All sales commissions paid to MediaZilla are non-refundable.
If your account is terminated by MediaZilla for reasons outlined in our Terms of Service, you will not be refunded, regardless of when the issue occurs. If you have any questions, please submit a support ticket in the live support channel in your account, or send an email to support@mediazilla.com.
Refund Window
Annual prepaid: Within fifteen (15) days after your initial paid membership starts or ten (10) days after your scheduled renewal.
Annual paid monthly: Within five (5) days after your initial paid membership starts or your scheduled renewal.
To prevent account abuse an early cancellation fee may apply if your quota usage is greater than your allotment on the effective date of cancellation for your current membership cycle.
Allotment: (Annual Plan Quota divided by 12) multiplied by the number of successful payments
Early cancellation fee = (Quota usage minus allotment) multiplied by the plan’s per GB rate.
