Both options are annual commitments and provide your full yearly upload quota immediately, with no monthly upload caps. Annual-prepaid billing means one discounted payment upfront. Annual-paid-monthly billing is per month, with a 12-month commitment, spread across 12 monthly installments. Starter supports both options. Contact our team for Enterprise billing arrangements. Early-cancellation charges may apply under the refund policy.

Account admins can upgrade through Company Settings → Upgrade Plan. To downgrade or cancel, contact our support team. Downgrades and cancellations normally take effect at the next renewal, unless an immediate change or refund is approved. Annual-paid-monthly plans may incur usage-based early-cancellation charges. If an upload would exceed your remaining quota and you have not approved additional usage, you will receive a notification. You can approve paid additional quota or upgrade your plan. The upload will not finish until you approve one of these options. Deleting videos does not restore upload quota, and replacement uploads also count toward usage.

Free and Starter do not support video sales. Growth, Pro, and Business have 0% MediaZilla sales commission. Enterprise commission terms are custom. Stripe processing fees still apply. Uploading your own captions is included. Automatic caption generation is free during the trial, then $0.15/minute on Free through Business; Enterprise pricing is custom. Additional uploads are charged at your plan's rate.

Subscription payments can be made by credit/debit card or PayPal. Download invoices from Company Settings → Billing → Invoices. Contact support to discuss other payment arrangements.

Membership refunds must be explicitly requested within the applicable window: 15 days after the initial annual-prepaid membership starts, 10 days after an annual-prepaid renewal, or five days after an annual-paid-monthly start or renewal. Using any upload quota during the current membership period makes the membership refund ineligible under the policy. Partial refunds are unavailable. Enterprise is a custom plan for organizations that need more upload quota and seats than Business. It includes all Business features, premium support, and custom permissions, integrations, and setup. Contact us for a quote.

Yes. The platform supports both workflows under one subscription. You can privately deliver client projects via secure personalized links and simultaneously sell access to public-facing content through Paywall. The 14-day trial includes Paywall and DVS at 15% commission. After the trial, Growth and above include those tools. Free and Starter do not support video sales.
